Objectives of the stripe page
The Stripe feature allows you to configure the connection with the Stripe Payment Gateway.
Each customer using Stripe Payment Gateway has its own credentials.
By default, Stripe Payment Gateway is managed by Valuein. In this case, Valuein Development Team will provide the required information.
How to make the connection?
To establish the connection :
| Name of the field | Type | Mandatory | Description |
| Private Key | String | No | You must enter the private key in order to start using Stripe. The key starts with "sk_". |
| Public Key | String | No | You must enter the public key in order to start using Stripe. The key starts with "pk_". |
| Available merchant category codes | String | No | Select the available merchant category codes for the providers. By leaving the list empty, the full list will be available to the provides. Full list is available on Stripe docs.https://stripe.com/docs/connect/setting-mcc#list- You can select several category codes. You can also remove a selected value by clicking on the x of the item. The merchant category codes depend on the customer activity area. |
| Default merchant category code | pick list | No | Select the default merchant category code. No dependency exists between this field and the merchant category codes field. |
Tips
Stripe Payment Gateway information can be provided by the customer. In this case, Valuein Developement Team has to be informed in order to manage that in the code.
