Quote Status-Draft

Objectives of the Quote status page This feature allows you to define quote statuses along with their relationship.

Section Description By clicking on Actions>Add new you can create a new status

Main Information
Technical Name	Text field	Yes	Name of Quote status which is display in the Admin site
Customer label	Text field	Yes	Status name displays in the cart
Salesrep label	Text field	Yes	Commercial status which is display in the Invoice Engine
Read Only	check box	Yes	clarify
Default start point	Checkbox	Yes	By ticking you can set this state as Default Start point
Default start point for shop	Text field	Yes	clarify
Do Save Quote
Enabled	check box	No	When it is enabled you can see ‘Save’ button on the shop
Disabled Behavior	drop down	No	When Enabled checkbox is untick, you can use this feature Don’t show>>Save button won’t appear in the shop Show disabled>>Save button will appear as disable in the shop
Enabled From Level	Text field	Yes	set the Save action enable start level. Ex:If level 1 and 2 can save the quote, set the Enable from level as 1 and Enable until level as 2
Enabled Until Level	Text field	Yes	set the Save action enable finish level.
Enabled Unknown Level	Text field	Yes	clarify
Do Validate
Enabled	check box	No	When it is enabled you can see ‘Validate’ button on the shop
Disabled Behavior	drop down	No	When Enabled checkbox is untick, you can use this feature Don’t show>>Validate button won’t appear in the shop Show disabled>>Validate button will appear as disable in the shop
Enabled From Level	Text field	Yes	set the Validate action enable start level. Ex:If level 1 and 2 can validate the quote, set the Enable from level as 1 and Enable until level as 2
Enabled Until Level	Text field	Yes	set the Validate action enable finish level.
Enabled Unknown Level	Text field	Yes	clarify
Do Export Quote
Enabled	check box	No	When it is enabled you can see ‘Quote PDF ‘ button on the shop
Disabled Behavior	drop down	No	When Enabled checkbox is untick, you can use this feature Don’t show>>Quote PDF button won’t appear in the shop Show disabled>>Quote PDF button will appear as disable in the shop
Enabled From Level	Text field	Yes	set the Export quote action enable start level. Ex:If level 1 and 2 can Quote PDF the quote, set the Enable from level as 1 and Enable until level as 2
Enabled Until Level	Text field	Yes	set the Quote PDF action enable finish level.
Enabled Unknown Level	Text field	Yes	clarify
Do Export contract
Enabled	check box	No	When it is enabled you can see ‘Contract PDF’ button on the shop
Disabled Behavior	drop down	No	When Enabled checkbox is untick, you can use this feature Don’t show>>Contract PDF button won’t appear in the shop Show disabled>>Contract PDF button will appear as disable in the shop
Enabled From Level	Text field	Yes	set the Contract PDF action enable start level. Ex:If level 1 and 2 can download Contract PDF of the quote, set the Enable from level as 1 and Enable until level as 2

Once you created the status with requited transitions, you can review it by clicking on Actions>Review

Note:additions buttons you have added in Transtion tab can be seen in above chart as columns Ex:Save as Draft, Approved,Reject
