Name: Name used during the subscribe call to set the tax rate used for billing
Start date: Starting Date to use this tax rate. If you have for the same country region and new entry with a different Start date, then the billing engine will use the right tax rate during this period.
Rate: Rate in percentage of the tax
Country: Country ISO code
Region: First department number, if tax rate different see example below with 20% tax rate in France metropolitan and 8.5% in french DOM.
